You can rank up sneak behind muddy scrap piles in a crypt too, if there are enemies in the next room -they can't reach you or see you.

You can also put a camp fire down somewhere & get the rested/resting buff so your stamina won't drain as fast, maxing it even more, just walk into a wall or corner in sneak mode & you can do it all day.

..until you run out of stamina and your character automatically cancels stealthing. So, if your day equals a minute, then you are correct :lunar2019crylaughingpig:

Taming takes long on valheim? Nope. Taming in Ark takes long time. Hours. Like taming a max level Spino with official setting can take from over an hour to over 7 hours depending the taming food you have. That is 7 hours of real time. And I don't even want to talk about breeding in Ark.... Valheim taming is easy. Breeding is automated. Easy.

I gave you an award for providing a legit comparison..........but I started to have ARK flashbacks of taming out in the wilds and looking over my shoulder constantly for big predators or enemy players so I want my award back! :steamhappy: (joking but those really are painful memories)

Otherwise it takes a REALLY short time and you only need to do it like, twice per animal.
"really short"? Everytime I've tried its taken 30-40 minutes realtime. Maybe I was doing something wrong.

Also, if its not being rendered odds are the game isn't going to be updating anything in that area so you should always stay in render distance at minimum. only exceptions I can think of would be groth of planted items, and progress of mechanicals like smelters, windmils, etc.
30-40 Minutes isn't a long time? Maybe for people with an attention span of 5 minutes but not for normal people. This isn't supposed to be a game where people can get end tier content after 10 hours. That would kill the lifespan of the game.

It takes awhile, back with 2 star wolves, before it was patched you had to take, and breed them without leaving render distance, or the original 2 star would despawn xD

My sneak skill is 46 from that venture nearly alone....
