Mods can Make multiplayer lag.

Hi!

My friends and i have been playin valheim since launch, and we've finally got around to playing with some mods. unfortunately, it turns out that adding alot (or certains mods, we dont know specifically) can cause the networking to lag a bit. we've tested this pretty thoroughly, removing mods, doin a test, (usually killing Eikthyr) and noticing rubber banding and whatnot on Non-Host clients.

this is more of a PSA then a "devs fix it reee" post. If you're playing a server and there is excess lag, might be a good idea to triage some mods from your list!. out mod list was about 34 to begin with, but since we started, we've culled it by half.

just wanted to post something here in case others were wondering why multiplayer is laggy.

Thanks!

Of course, we wouldn't want too much content too fast now wouldn't we?

Also, Devs cant do anything to the mods, thats entirely different people doing those. It isnt up to devs even to fix them, its the mods creators job. Our games run perfect without performance issues as we play vanilla without mods.

Good Job testing it out!
