Are they fixed cheap cliff expand feature?
Means the one where you stand on the edge of the cliff and with the hoe expand the cliff for 2 stones.

At the same time they reduced the cost to fill in ground from 4 stone to 2 stone they removed the "point at the top and fill all the way up" trick.
