Yeah the plains biome item it uses is linen.

i kind of like it, gives you a reason to keep going back to the swamp. by the time you are plains level, you will kick everyone's ass in the swamp. nice victory lap compared to when you first go there.

Agreed, you don't even need poison resist to go back. Though still is annoying to go find more crypts and drag a crap load of iron back out, though it is easier of you don't mind just barging through the scrap heaps and looting the chests for iron and not mining the heaps all they way for that extra 2 or 3 iron.

Bring the treasure hunting item you used in the mountains. There's tons of iron in little pools in the swamp.

Always been iron.
It's one of the reasons to blaze past iron tier as quickly as possible. It's an extremely high demand resource with limited access.

Yes, always iron, black metal probably for the next biome.....

Always thought that was a drag.
