I have my passwords on a word document and just copy paste.

Yes, but do you still need a password. Because the password effectively blocks unwanted anyway. OP is trying to get around having to type the password.

TBH i dont use Multi in this game and am not familiar with G-Portal... however the theory of a whitelist AFAIK is that users on whitelist can enter without challenge. Users not on Whitelist could request access. but be denied until Authorised.. if there is a Blacklist option and a user was on that they either would not see server or would be unable to request access if they could see it. hope that helps a bit :-)
