Any mods for editing terrain?
I spent about 5 ours digging a giant channel between my lake and the ocean, and I can't get it deep enough for boats to pass through. There's two parts that refuse to be taken out either by hoe or by pickaxe and It's seriously aggravating after doing all this work.

It's not a voxel game. The terrain simply uses a height map, and the game only lets you raise or lower any point on that map a maximum distance from its original elevation.

You can dig or raise elevation down/up to 8 meters from original point

I feel your pain, there are sections of a mountain I'm built next to that refuse to let me pick the ground down any further. Now I'm left with an ugly lumpy landscape outside the main gate of my hall.

What exactly can't you take out?It's just a chunk of the ground, everything else around it was able to be flattened to at least below sea level throughout the whole channel. I used a pickaxe and hoe for the rest of it and these two humps of land wont recess and it makes aquatic travel impossible.
The only terrain that's indestructible should be set pieces like rune stones, dungeons and the like.

Removing elevation limits (up or down)
Easy ground manipulation with rune focus
Build Camera
Walking on the sea floor (without dying)
