Also I have about plenty games in my library I enjoy but takes a few attempts at games to find a good one nowaday.

I just want to be the Martin Luther King of games. MMORPGS, comp pvp games and EA titles are why gaming is in a decline. There are some good co op and single player games but anything online has been crap since 2015 apart from a few titles. also devs can stop locking threads after selecting the best answer THEY think is correct. discussions are for people to speak freely and voice what they feel. probably should be working on the game anyway.

Its EA and its a GAME... they owe me and you nothing in the way of commitments to timelines,, patience is the missing ingredient.. you may enjoy fast food every meal of your life.. while others may enjoy the simplicity of bread wine and cheese yet others may only eat at table service each type of food takes a different length of time to make.. and different time to consume.. and each type of food has different value for your body and mind... just saying :-) Skall

This is is totally incorrect. Early Access comes with expectations especially when they launch with a Roadmap that turned out to be complete garbage. The devs are crap. They took the money and ran.

Really they owe me nothing? You mean I spent 20 dollars for a roadmap that was cancelled in May and after an entire year they MIGHT add some content from it? Patience? I cant grow up waiting for a game to have enough content that can compare to most games. Sadly games in general are in a decline right now but there are so many better options than valheim.

You can try to say some people like different things but anyone who likes this game really is locked into a hole. Go explore other games, youll find something similar and better.

If there are so many better options than Valheim, why are you on the Valheim forum whining?

Half my library is all unfinished games i bought years ago like valheim that never did anything good with itself. So yeah thats why im here speaking up

They are probably enjoying the unexpected amount of money they earned and taking the development easy and slow.

I mean this was a couple years ago when I did know any better but overall that is bs. Bc you are basically saying that its ok for people to make a roadmap and obviously project a future for the game and then virtually come out with nothing over the course of a year to compliment a barebones game anyway.

I mean it may be cliche to bch about early access games but yet still there are tons of early access games people spend money on and either the devs cant live up to it or take the money and run. Many early access games are 20 or more like 40 so your comment is so irreverent .

OP has a point. Most people buy EA after seeing a roadmap on development. I definitely did when I bought this game.

I enjoy this game thoroughly but you need to be objective when contributing to discussions. All I am seeing from opposing comments is largely "OP is wrong because I like this game" which is just a stupid argument.

I really like this game but it is difficult for me to argue with OP's points

Anyway, a few years ago when I got steam I was getting into some EA games and they didnt turn out to be anything worth it. Maybe 50% is dramatic but am I wrong for supporting EA games? You cannot be ignorant to the amount of failed EA can you?
