Ok, since two patches ago I've noticed that when I shoot at a moving target the arrow often flies right through him without hitting him. The target's trajectory doesn't matter....he can be crossing at 90 degrees or running straight at me (sometimes point blank)....arrow will go right through him without hitting. Is there a new to-hit mechanic of which I'm unaware or is there a glitch with hit boxes when the target is moving? Oh, as I said in my other post, Bow skill is 100....not accustomed to missing this much
