You would probably be better off starting your own thread so you can specifically list what you have tried and your specs. People in this thread already have mixed issues and there are a few different things that can cause issues like mods.

I run a 1070 with no particular issues but use low settings for foliage and shadows. I also never modded my game.

is your issue a particular spot on the map or just the game won't start at all? Does it start and crash after some time?

What crash error?
Log reports?

No i start the game today

i dont have mods either and it does the same to me i have an hp pavilion gaming with a intel core i5 with the nvidia geforce gtx 9300h quadcore processor it crashes before it can even load up

Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date, sometimes these issues crop up with a slightly out of date graphics driver. Another thing that might help is checking any other drivers that might be out of date, just in case.

Same here, game crashing, updated video drivers, didn't happen before the update.

I'm having the same issue, as well as friends. We all crash when we get in range of a specific island. None of us are using mods.

Try this, worked for me.

Delete the Valheim folder in the in the common steam files and then verify the integrity of the game files then it works straight away! Just click update

Didn't work for me as well. All my drivers are updated and I tried some other thinks like run in adm, run in windows mode or try other resolution nothing work for me, when I'm playing in my other note with Rx 550 the game works perfectly
