Too much fog
I get that the latest update is "mistlands", but my weather is at LEAST 33% fog. On average every 3rd day, often back-to-back days with foggy weather.
I have 2 maps I frequently play: One singleplayer, and one with my friends. The MP map was generated by said friend. In both games the foggy weather has been like this consistently over the last 200 or so in-game days.
I feel like this is extreme, and it's sucking the joy out of the game as we can hardly see anything, and it's especially frustrating when exploring and sailing.
Is there a place I can edit the weighting on foggy weather?
We use no mods that mess with time of day or weather effects.

There shouldn't have been any change to weather like that, haven't ever experienced anything similar. Different biomes get different weather and some have more frequent fog while others have less. Have you been spending all your time in Plains lately?Nope. Other than Mistlands I've been all over the place.

I built my base in the dark forest and it's always ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ foggy, and it always seems to reach its worst when I start farming vegetables

Valheim+ allows you to disable fog for the most part. There will still be some cloudiness but it's much more digestible.

Yeah I've noticed Plains and Ocean has fog like half the time, ive actually run straight into a fulling village while sailing because visibility was completely 0. In my plains base always seeing fog has become a bit of a bummer since the plains is so pretty but can only see it half the time lmao
