Just tried it in game. The cultivator doesn't seem to spwn water plants anymore. :(

I remember using it some months ago to restore a section of shorline ater i used the terrain leveling tool on it so I know it worked.

either the funtionality is more limited than i thought or one of the game patches since then changed it.

It does, but not always to due procedural math and what not. Too many variables to just try and use it but it does on occasion.

Not without a mod. It's procedural generated I believe.
