You ask quite the controversial question for this game.

Apologists will point out that this is a good game, and it'll be done when it's done, and it should keep you going for a good chunk of time, even solo. Even then, it still has tons of mods for it.

Critics will point out that the Mistlands is its first REAL sizable content update since the game released in February of LAST YEAR, and that you'd be better off asking if your grandkids will be able to play the completed game.

Both groups are correct. It PROBABLY isn't going to go any faster, though they got a ton of hate for the Labor of Love award request, so maybe that slapped some of the less-than-half-a-dozen-devs awake.

In any case, you should know they scrapped their roadmap last year, and although it's still a good game, ETA on anything is literally a shrug by everyone. Devs included.

Good to know and awesome answer btw. I already learned my lesson on other EA games that I had high hopes for that ended up getting abandoned so... I guess I'll check again in half a year or something. Thanks for your honesty :)
