My friend and I have been playing Valheim for six months.
He is type a and I type B (see Images, skills)

if he hits mobs, he deducts his stamina between 2-5
I suggest pulling it off about 20
I don't have to go into detail about the effects this has in combat.
He can also run enormously further, etc.
How can that be ? We have completely the same equip, weapons, etc.

First images you posted shows your skills. His are clearly superior to yours and they affect the stamina consumption and damage values BY A LOT.
Also, dying is draining your skill stats so try to avoid it or get ready to re-farming them.
You gain your skills by using them, like cutting trees will get you better and cutting trees, and fighting will let you learn the weapon you use to consume less stamina. Etc.
