idk what happened. game froze i went to go back in and i get an error message that indicates valheim had an error while updating

the common folder in the steam folder doesnt let me open it either it says that the file/folder is corrupt? guys i have no idea. i followed a few steps that the link provided but none seemed to work. the other games in steam work fine. any help would be greatly appreciated. i wanna get back in there and play love this game
