To be fair, the one thing I initially completely missed was the "repair" button - it just looked like an image indicating "toolbox is here" rather than a button that would do something. I think had crafted 4 or 5 axes before I realised I didn't have to keep replacing broken ones...

A game that doesn't hold your hand the entire way through! Some people need tutorials on everything from gaming, dating, and life in general. Sad.

i dont mean to harm ya, but in times where information is allmost everywhere and available at any given time i wonder why

i mean one could:
as said above "goggle"
check vids on youtube
or just ask the people here to support your ingame efforts
calling the game boring (valheim is still in development) because one could not figure things out is maybe a bit to harsh

i just realized the game isnt for me anyway...I want to play a game which makes me feel thrill instead of slow paced. I want to play against other people rather than playing by myself. I just read this game wrong.

It is interesting to learn that the Battle Royale / Anonymous PvP crowd apparently refer to gaming with your RL friends as 'loner' mode. :D

That's a standard feature with breakout hit indie sandbox games, the developers don't have the staffing or experience to build a pro tutorial system so it's other players and wiki dives for the early years.

Looking at your list of games, I can see why you think it's boring.

Valheim isn't an instant gratification type of game. Also not really built for proper pvp. Should of researched the game before buying.

1) It's not that hard to figure out with a little deductive logic. Or just look it up. Or ask. Instead of this kind of thread, which ultimately serves no purpose other than to waste your own time while getting you no closer to your goal.

2) I'm unsure what you mean by a "loner's" game. Do you mean you're under the impression that it is a Single Player game? It's not. It's a co-op game, and designed around co-op. It's not a PvP Battle Royale though, so I guess there's that.

Perhaps you simply missed that you can invite friends into your game?

Well, New World isn't *completely* unrelated, but yeah, that's... not a wide spectrum of genres.
