Best Starter Food Combos

Haven't played since before H&H, don't know the new food dynamic, so what would you say is a good food combo early game?

I favour boar/wolf jerky over a second HP food: HP, balanced, and stamina is what I use except in the beginning when I don't have boar meat or honey to spare.

2 hp foods and 1 stamina when you are out of your base or in a raid , meele warrior
meadows :
deer and boar cooked meats for hp and honey for stamina
black forest :
deer stew and minced meat sauce for hp and carrot soup for stamina
swamp :
black soup and sausages for hp , turnip stew for stamina
mountain :
wolf skewer and serpent stew ( or sausage if you dont want to kill serpents ) for hp and eyescream ( or turnip stew if you want a little more duration and hp regeneration but less stamina )
plains :
serpent stew and lox pie for hp and blood pudding for stamina

or
2 stamina foods and 1 hp food , when you are safe in your base , building or playing like archer
meadows :
honey and mushrooms for stamina , deer cooked meat for hp
black forest :
queens jam and carrot soup for stamina and deer stew for hp
swamp :
turnip stew and carrot soup for stamina , sausages for hp
mountain :
eyescream and turnip stew for stamina and wolf skewer ( or serpent stew ) for hp
plains :
blood pudding and bread for stamina and lox pie for hp

The food itself works the same, they are now more geared towards one stat or the other but it's mostly just numbers rising as you progress. The new mechanic is max health counting towards what you can efficiently block/parry without getting staggered yourself, so to break it down easily:
if you plan on relying on shields, prioritize health (cooked meats will suffice until you hit metal)
if you are confident in your dodging and kiting, go for stamina (berries, carrot, honey, glowing shrooms)
A very balanced early combo could be cooked deer for hp, honey for stamina, red mushroom for both
