You mean slight glimmer as if some lense on screen? Yes it should be reported as bug.

Thanks for the answers, pity about the dandelion seeds. Reminds me of the streaks in some of the star trek movies where the director thought it made the film seem futuristic. I thought my DVD was damaged.

There are also white streaks that indicate wind direction. So many streaks.

I REALLY want to wipe my 'lense' off. Permanently. I would like to see that be an option in Settings. I am used to the wind streaks as they are helpful to me more than the little arrow in the mini-map. It is just those little droplets of moisture on my nonexistent 'lense' that really annoy me.

In the Graphics settings, disable Bloom.

(I think they're annoying too!)

yes please give option to stop wasting resources on having large single pixels fly all over screen

games that try to force a restricted "immersive" camera upon players always fail and should be left to VR and simulation projects.
screen shake and similar effects straight into same pool. why would i want the edges of my screen draped with poor quality painting of translucent blood? is this supposed to simulate blood in my eyes? sigh.

with this new habit of having screen tearing > graphic glitches in videos im questioning wth is wrong with people.

There is a mod to remove those speckles.
