Most of those little updates are Steam back-end client updates and have nothing to do with the game. The last real update I know of was on 10/4. Armor hasn't changed as far as I know since Feb, a full set of lvl 3 leather gives around 21 armor.

I usually blame my slow Internet connection when I die, but "nerfed my love so I died" is a new one. Okay if I steal it from you and use it from time to time? I kinda like it.

I didn't get an update yesterday. Sounds like a cloud sink issue, which is very common with steam games. If there was an update yesterday please share the update notes, please.

EXACTLY what "armor tweek" are you referring to, because, looking over the last several patch notes, all the way back to H&H update, I'm not seeing a single one involving any armor changes AT ALL,

Please tell us what exact changes happened to your armor that "made you die"

PS... yesterday's patch was a resolution setting.
