I'm comparing hosting services and some have better remote %'s than others. I've looked on the interwebs and cannot find what this means. I want to ask the hosting providers about this, but I need to speak intelligently and not be given the runaround.

I mean, what hosting company is going to say "our remote is 95% because we suck!"
