At night, greydwarves can spawn near your base, as do skeletons, and fulings depending on your current boss kill level, in the meadows, and else where.

Yes, "at," not "in." They did not used to respawn. I've marked all my burial chambers all the time as well. I've not played since about May or June last year, but at that time, they did NOT respawn AT (above ground) the burial chambers. They do now.

If you're new to Valheim and recently Killed Eikthyr then Greys will start to appear in the meadows at night at least from now on.
For each boss you defeat the night spawns become more difficult.
But if that's not your situation please explain further

When you are foraging near the Black Forest, it is IMHO completely normal that Greydwarves sometimes cross over into the Meadows. Especially at night. Nothing to worry about.

As others have said above..plus keep in mind left over raiders tend to hang around unless killed

On a new world with no mods, I get the same behavior. We never killed Eikthyr (although we got a club-wielding Troll to mine us some Tin and Copper to get our pickaxes). This happened before we took on the Elder.

I've also noticed that the Skeletons at Burial Chambers now respawn. This used to not happen on my other worlds (though I was using Valheim Plus on most of those). I just assumed that it was an intentional change. (I haven't really sat down to play in almost a year.)
