Longship Question

There's a small dimple and loop on the aft starboard side of the ship, wondering if there's a purpose for this.

I would think that may be a place to tie the harpoon once you hit one of the sea monsters? (drag his butt back to port?)

From what I've observed, it does. I've tested it using the distance between two of these ships.

Possibly for the anchor? (even though there is no anchor)

Here's hoping for a future update involving an anchor there. Would be useful for stopping the dang ship more effectively.

Jumping overboard immediately stops the ship (currently)

I wish I didn't have to resort to that. Especially since once I get back on it seems to resume its previous motion.

Ya I feel like that was where the rudder was going to go, but worked out better in the center
