(Public Test) Stepping on bonfires/stone furnace
Playing last night my friends and I noticed if you stepped on a bonfire by accident it would make the fire disappear. Also after making a stone furnace if I stepped on it I would do 10 damage with every step. Seems like a bug not to big a deal with the furnace but with the bonfire constantly having to be remade it was a bit frustrating.

Fires are meant to take damage when stepping on them. This is an anti-cheese method to stop players from using fires as a form of defensive weapon.

This was a change they made a long time ago to stop people from making mob farmers. If any entity steps on a campfire or hearth it will take damage and eventually break.
