I have heard the same about a Flametal sword being in debug mode. I've finally gotten to the point in this amazing game where i've defeated all bosses now. And look forward to new content. And am completely ok with waiting for it, no matter how long it takes. Cheers!

Yea we accidentaly strolled into mistlands one night after fighting a diffuclt battle against bonemass and were expecting to be over run quickly but nothing came for us. Im very much looking forward to seeing mistlands and the other biomes expanded upon and new bosses implemented.

Lol, My story doesn't compare to yours. Mine was just plain curiosity. Although, my boat got destroyed while wandering by Sertlings and had to re-make my boat with little resources to speak of. Thankfully all the pieces were dropped, and easy to collect. It was finding standard wood that took some time.

There was apparently a fire sword in the game code that isn't active that would presumably use flametal. Lot's of other potentials, but we'll only probably see a few before they get to the Ashlands proper. Still a good area to farm coal and cores though.

We will find out in 2-3 years, what Flametal is for.

It really is a cool area to explore. Not much for exploring, but your right for the huge amounts of coal and cores. I have already collected a lot of ore from this area just for fun. Excited to see what comes next.

Same. I see zero harm in preperation. I spent a few days wandering around a huge area of AshLands and MistLands collecting and taking in the curiosity of wondering what these islands have in store. MistLands has my utmost attention. Could really be a scary place if done right.

Id be shocked if we dont see arachnoids of some form or another in mists. Im curious about the deep north. Ice giants, wolves, wyverns, trolls could all fit there

Store flametal ore in a chest, hopefully in future updates flametal will have a use

Id reckon that well see it used in armor or weapons. couldnt imagine much else unless they use it for some decorative pieces in the upcoming hearth and home update.

I was hoping the same. Like a Flame enchantment would be a nice touch. I personally would like to see what the armour and weapons would look like with the new refined ores.
