Can we get boats that are specialised in different areas yet?

IE, boats that are designed for the purpose of:
-Cargo (more chest, inventory slots)
-Scout (No chest, smaller in size, but faster)
-Combat (maybe a mounted ballistic on it, but no chest & slower, & higher HP)
