Not sure how accurate that is as I don't have config manager in the plugins (at all really) but still have the functionality issue.

devcommands is still active, only solo gameplay.
Which BepinEx do you have downloaded? Do not do that from [*.]softtonic.com because it is scareware!

That's likely it. I tried Cap'n Bells' suggestion and a vanilla launch of the game allowed me to go into F5 commands as normal. So BepinEX has to be the culprit.

It will not recognize devcommands as a line command (debugmode either).
I can press F5 and get the command window but it does not recognize commands other than emotes.

When I hit F5 the command window opens, the Valheim version is listed twice and there is some gibberish ababab whatever below that (I did not type that in) I can type lots of stuff in there that the game will attempt to autofill if it's n the list of avilable commands, debugmode and devcommands are no longer a part of that list and typing either of those in does nothing. It no longer puts me in devcommands mode, no longer says "true" to show that it's active. It just does not work.

Just did a file check, no issues. The only mod I'm running is BepinEX Valheim and I wasn't having any issues with F5 before this last patch so I guess I'll take it out and try again

Make sure you type in "devcommands" after pressing F5. If you've logged out or quit you always have to retype "devcommands" to activate the console commands each new session.
