There are actually items that are designed to cope with the mistland environment. There are many things in this game that just require trying a few different approaches or a bit of figuring out. If you don't want to think for yourself, don't enjoy figuring things out on your own as part of the game progression, and don't see any value in limitations that require ingenuity and creativity to overcome, just google mistlands survival and don't frustrate yourself. I can guarantee you that raging and complaining will NOT make the game any more enjoyable or any better.

You mean outside of devs copying modders? Obsidian stone was modded in, like a year before black marble.. Modders so much better job, they should just implement those in..Mist sucks indeed.. Just hides the lack Mistlands content really..cuz its so empty in most cases...

Better game design - problem solved. When developers take away all elements of control from the player it just means they ran out of ideas....

also use high stamina foods in an enviroment where i'm totally blind and could fall off a cliff at any moment - that's brilliant.

I'm visually impaired and navigating the Mistlands is a nightmare. I'm hoping that the devs thin the mist and make it more for ambiance when they finish the biome. If not I'll have to mod the game to do that.

just died sliding sideways on rocks not able to hit the 1star seeker bugs 3 of them attacking me while i can't see, can't hit them cause they're at a different height, and am constantly out of stamina trying to jump to different spots to be at the same height as them, meanwhile they attack me constantly.

this expansion sucksssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

And by the way I don't cheat EVER at this game which is probably why all these idiotic game design elements don't bother most of you

Also I don't have any options for lanterns or any such crap i think you need to unlock the forge first i only have 3 cores

you basically have to have eikthry ACTIVE to solo in the mistlands right now. So you have 5 minutes to move around and get back to portal safely otherwise you are gimp crap with no stamina and die instantly to bugs you can't even attack because they are 6 inches below the plane of your crappy sword swing

Late game items , don't have the ability for wisp lights, cape etc until much later in the biome. It's a mess and has driven some people away from the game as it is. Use of stamina potions have time restrictions to reuse as well. It really doesn't matter how many you have when they are needed and can't use them until the timer lets you, but one is most likely dead by then.

dude i can't even walk normal speed across the GRASSSSSSSS at the bottom - even that is too unlevel and requires sprinting constantly to move


this zone sucks so bad

also this death i just had to 3 1star seeker bugs it wouldn't have mattered if i had a group of 6 people with me i still would have died to that - terrible game design

Also - has anyone else noticed how the enemy mobs can attack you from like 5ft above you or below you but you have to be in a narrow 2ft margin of vertical plane for your sword strikes to hit the mob? Then combine that with the verticality of the place and and all the ledges and you what I refer to as LETS TORTURE THE PLAYER
