Mistlands Enemy Swimming
I think the aggressive enemies in the mistlands swim much too quickly and don't seem affected at all by water. A tick in water is like Michael Phelps.

yeah, all the mobs walk on bottom and still attack in water. Had a few archer mobs in the swamp shooting from underwater.
There is a mod that lets use weapons while in water, hopefully those that make the game will balance this by allowing us weapons in water (without mods) or mobs loosing attacks while in water like we do.

That might work. I do remember the draugr archers underwater....oh well.
