Delete Tar Blobs?
So I was messing around with the console (yeah, I know, let's move on lol) and I accidentally summoned the items tarliquid and a tarlump1. First of all, it was HILARIOUS. My whole base (which I'm in the middle of building and was WHY I was summoning mats in the first place) covered in a giant undulating tar mountain.
But anyway I was able to delete the tarlump after a couple tries with forcedelete. Unfortunately, though I tried to use the same trick on the liquids, there is still a constant bubbling and oily sheen over my whole base that I can't get rid of. Anyone have any idea how to fix this? If not, que sera sera, considering I borked it using console. But I'd rather not have to start the base over somewhere else lol. (I busted so...many...rocks....for this site...)
Thanks in advance!

I was not smart enough to do that lol, but thanks for pointing that out so I can rewind my next screwup haha. I did drain some of it away though by hacking through the middle of the base on the bottom floor, so I might salvage it after all if I have the stamina (hurhur) to go all the way through it :P In these cases you normally want to roll back to the .old file the instant you realise you messed up

Yeah I tried draining but it's fully underneath the entire base lol so it's almost impossible to access the middle, probably more trouble than just rebuilding somewhere else.
Absolutely LOVE this mechanic though ngl (not sarcasm I think it's hilarious and good)
I love the physics of the tar too. I'm hoping they might decide to apply something similar to water!

Sounds like a cool base now :) Sorry no idea how to fix. Usually you drain oil pits away, or raise ground, no idea if useful in your case though.
