Something killing my pigs!

I have fenced pen inside my fenced in base and sometimes after sleeping my pigs die. The meat and scraps are there, but something killed the pigs and I see no monsters. I feed them everyday as well.

Maybe was some random graydwarf shaman , their poison attack can pass over fences and kill pigs

It's a meadows location so shaman is still the most likely culprit if you've defeated the Elder. Maybe a corner somewhere isn't covered by the workbenches?

The lack of the workbench seems to be a problem, but I do find it strange that a shaman's poison could make it that far.
