Yeah I finally found one and I recovered about 200 Iron.

Similar with current seed. Lot of swamp-strips and usually serving as a veneer to a large Plains stretch with the inevitable invasion of deathsquitos. WIll keep looking. Mistlands probably did change to make the Jotun armor sites more valuable.

I has the same problem. All 6 swamps this one has discovered are small and no iron is to be had.

Try the seed ironandswamp. Supposedly, it has over 27 crypts to harvest from just nnw of the starting zone. Should be a builders paradise.

This one will give it a try. Having a different world to get killed in in swamps won't hurt. Much.

Probably because they're small. Keep an eye out for a big swamp.

Mistlands update also nerfed the number of swamps and the number of dungeons in them. You should still find plenty, though.
