Yes indeed, the trolling is sickening.

Even though they blasted through their sales target and sold over 10 million copies - it is vital they now port the game to console, and then probably mobile, and then on E-fridge so you can play while you cool your eggs.

Oh but they did also redo the troll face this year.

Put it this way, all the articles and videos from early last year? Yeah those, roughly one third of their content is no longer applicable and they are, of course, missing the new content added since that time.

The new trailer shows "season pass" in fall.. who knows what tiny bits of content it will be but why it has to be a season pass if the game is not completely finished yet?

Yes, there are good mods out there. I don't doubt that. But they are usually not even close to what a full game entails... There's much, much, MUCH more to a full game then to the typical mod.

Its the same in skyrim.. certainly not many can create game engine and code everything but you have to be daft to ignore that for example some skyrim mods are as big as sophisticated as whole game. Valheim isnt as popular as skyrim but it still had strong modding community. So your argument isnt very valid.

The deer and neck are still super annoying and have to be modded to shut the ♥♥♥♥ up

Sadly its so true.. some dedicated modder does more than devs themselves... truly horrible from dev perspective and unbelievably unappreciated the modder is with his high quality mods..

It's of course much more than the previous posters might say, but instead of asking here (unless you just want to troll), I'd recommend trying the game as it is now for yourself. It's not like it is a big download.

I also recommend starting a new character and world, since, again, quite a bit has changed.
