This is an absolutely amazing idea. Have you considered making a more detailed post on the forum so it could get more exposure? I'd love to fight a boss and have Powerwolf hype me through the boss. The normal soundtrack is amazing on it's own, but simply the choice to customize the ambiance would add a lot of value to the game and momentum. Normal soundtrack almost makes me want to take a nap after an hour of playing because of how soothing it naturally is.

Unless you're making a piece of art and want it to have a specific, cohesive feel. Then it would be a counterproductive waste of effort.

There isn't any music like that in the game itself. That was just a hype trailer.

It wouldn't fit in with the rest of the music in the game, or the feel of the world. If you're really lucky maybe they'd put it over the end credits or something.
