Fishing question
do i need a certain fishing level to be able to use specific different baits or the fish actually taking the bait ?
if not, what do the fishing levels actually do, decreasing stam consumption or something ?

yes, mostly stamina use. I don't know if there are any other effects, like % chance to bite etc.
