Wishbone and belt are special equip. , thats why uses the same slot ( gives some special hability not defense )
FlashLight tiara goes in the head and gives 2 points of defense , thats why uses the same slot than helmet

As said other users , fish + barley flour ( end game ingredient ) = fish wraps , one of the best food of the game ( 90 stam 60 hp )

I got barley raided it from a berserk camp but it only gave me fire resist, was just saying it was something i didn't like should be able to attach a flash light on a existing helmet 2 points is noting i think leather helmet has more defence lol

Need to run the barley through a windmill to turn it into flour.

Trader often IS on the starting island, it's pure luck.

The game is barely more than half finished, I'm sure the trader will be expanded in a future update.

Even at 700 hours in I still prefer fish wraps over blood pudding to go with my my lox meat pie and serpent stew. Much rather have the 90 stamina from the fish wraps over the 50 stamina blood pudding gives.
Plus I've eaten blood pudding in real life and I find it disgusting.
