Would a unloaded Mistlands biome be safe to build in?

If I have discovered a Mistland biome now the dev team states that when the update comes it will not load in. Then wouldn't a unloaded Mistlands biome technically be the safest and best place to build a base? I mean if nothing is there it will be no problem flatten it out and build massive builds and nothing spawns there so it's very safe building place. Opinions?

To interject here...
"We" do not all love or need base defenses (walls, moats, etc) ;P

To be clear, some players have built marvellous outposts with walls, moats, etc. just as some players have built wonders without any defenses, but not all and in any case defenses are not necessary.

As for building within Mistlands or any other as yet undeveloped biome such as Ashlands or Northlands, do as you like, but be prepared to have to rebuild once they are implemented.
I have no concerns at all about saying goodbye to my little homes from home in Mistlands, Ashlands and Northlands (none of which have walls, moats, etc. ;)
And as for the new mobs, the game has always provided you with the commodities and tools to deal with them too, so I expect no change there either!

Could always build in the northlands, there is nothing there either and it should be the last biome to get updated.

Could use the same seed on a new world, just don't kill any bosses on that world so no real raids to worry about.

Speaking of walls and such I hope we get some more build pieces for wood and stone; drawbridge anyone!

It would be a fine finishing touch to a Motte-and-bailey build.

No one knows for certain. Devs *might* change it to work so that biomes are re spawned on a major release, but most threads say that this will not happen.
Using your logic, the snow lands in the north would be even safer, as we know Mistlands is arriving "soon", snow lands will be way after this. But that place is devoid of everything.

There's no guarantee that it won't mess up the ground once they update generating, and mobs will likely start spawning too, even if nothing else will be updated.
