You need to explore the Black Forest to find Elder vegvisirs. These will give you a map marker for the closest altar for The Elder. These vegvisirs can be found commonly in Burial Chambers (typically in loot rooms) or rarely in some ruined towers on the surface.

The first vegvisir runestone at the standing stones where you spawn in should only show you one of the three altars for Eikthyr. Any vegvisir will only reveal the closest altar of the associated Forsaken. Interacting with runestones at altars will add that altar to your map if not already present.
If Eikthyr's trophy has already been sacrificed, just how new is this game? If someone else is hosting, they've already killed Eikthyr. (It's not hard. All you need is a spear and shield to make it an easy fight. Assuming a start from scratch, that's reasonably doable by day 3.)

I killed him. But i can't click on runestone to find next boss
it just shows me 2 (Deer boss) Markers. I killed both of them. and have like 7 tophies of his head and buff. But i can't figure out how to show where second boss is located. I don't know if they change since last time i played.

You don't find the next boss at the stones. You need to enter the black forest and find one there for the next boss.

all vegvisirs shows boss locations for that biome where they standing. Meadows stones shows places for Eikthyr, Black Forest - for Elder etc.

You can find them next to towers also.

Keep exploring, get off the starter island--you'll find runestones eventually. Gotta keep going, maybe get on a boat and sail to next island if the starter island doesn't have what you're looking for. Explore--it's a big part of the game. They're out there, lots of them, just keep hunting around. Or, if it's just too hard and you don't want to find it the normal way, then go onto the seed map generator and have a look. There are ways to get what you're looking for, inside the game and outside it if you need that help.

I've found like 4 runestones in the black forest telling the tales of greydwarfs. I'm going to leave this place and look in other blackforests.

you need small squared runestone near towers or in the burial grounds, not big standalone ones
