It is the first ML region I've found. Found large numbers of Dvergr towers and a fort, just no infested mines. Sailing on.

Found many Dvergr towers and a fort, giant weapons and armor, and vast numbers of Seekers and Gjial, but no dungeon. Kind of defeats the purpose, doesn't it?

Sometimes they are very hard to find, especially so with this mist. Until I used a mod to remove the entirety of the mist, I found I missed 3 dungeons in my closest biome. If you find a Dvergr tower with bugs around it, its a dungeon.

Did see a concentration of bugs, but no tower that I saw while distracted.

Head inlands from the coastline to find more solid land. I've not found any sunken dungeons, all the ones I've found in coast generated mistlands are the variation with the longish stairs leading up, instead of dvergr structures leading down.

My world has a few large areas of mistlands with no mines, but most of them have several, and many of those are along the coasts. Sailing around the shoreline before attempting an on-foot expedition might allow you to find some easier-to-access mines - it did for me.

If that fails and you don't mind cheating a bit, you can check your seed on https://valheim-map.world and see if your Mistlands are indeed devoid of infested mines or you're just not finding them due to the poor visibility mixed with the difficult terrain.

Got a first generation map on a dedicated server and already found one, haven't explored it yet, inside, but I have found one already. Its possible, unless you've explored the entire map, then you should keep looking instead of posting.

There are dungeons. Are you using an older map? I've heard they might not generate properly even if you haven't explored the mistlands yet.

If he got structures at all it's working, im using an old map/save and went to one and i'm finding them. Probably just got unlucky. My first Infested Mines didn't even have a single core in it lmao, and it was the only mines in that mistlands. Thankfully the other ones near it on the other side of a plains was absolutely loaded with them.

So RNG. I do wish though they'd update how dungeons generate so you wouldn't end up with nothing in a biome or no essential mats when you enter one.
