my bees bee bountiful in new game as well. Long time since I've found one in a tree though...

Started the Public Test version, started a character and map, and found two bees in the first 45 minutes in those abandoned houses in the meadows... So they are there and unfortunately you're just very unlucky... Keep looking and I'm sure you'll find one eventually.

There they are, got two now =)

i have made me a world on the public test, am 5 days in with mainly exploring my starting location and woodchopping. have 5 queen bees by now. i think youve only been a little unlucky

So I´m cursed with the WeeBee cuse, Have not found a single one yet =).
Good to know though, I´ll keep lookin.

My imprression with the lastest update ( 2 worlds, both not really explored except start continent, 1 SP and 1 MP game) is that the number of beehives has been lowered - but that is only my impression for now and may be some RNG effect.

I'm on the other end of RNG ... I started a new world to try the public test branch and collected nine bees pretty quickly. I've even found a few more I didn't bother with.

Yes, beehives are there like before but some markers might bee off on the web map.
