Lightning Flash effects
I Get severe headaches from FLASH EFFECTS. some one please tell me which setting reduces the LIGHTNING.

maybe a light sensitivity toggle? Like mute the color or intensity, or only let it strike behind the player(if that helps at all), and/or lowers chances of lightning on a baseline. or maybe make the bolts more distant? Thinner?
Sidenote, it makes for great backdrops, some added drama in screenshots.

Not quite what you're looking for, but I believe "env Clear" in the console will prevent weather changes for the rest of that session.
