It might scale with the UI scale settings, of course then everything else becomes big too. Otherwise the best you can do is zoom the map or hide certain pin types to reduce clutter, to make the small text easier to read. If clutter wasn't the problem then you're out of luck.

you can zoom the map from memory its an Fn key i think F2 or F3??

the period and comma keys will zoom in and out as will the middle mouse wheel

Im talking about pin marker with you name by yourself on the map, they wont change the font size no matter how much you zoom in or out.
