I'm guessing it is a bug, because I've seen skeletons follow me underwater for a good distance, and the blobs do the same, still jumping like they were on land.

I had draugr spawn inside a rock so they were able to shoot me but I couldn't attack em because of the rock. Annoying as ♥♥♥♥

take a shield with you, if you block their attacks at the right time, they will stagger, and be vulnerable to more damage.

It's very annoying that Draugr can run after you while you're swimming and swing an axe underwater. At least give them a movement penalty :/

I'd be less bothered by the undead walking along the bottom of the water and more by their being able to fire a bow underwater worth a darn.

Magic lets the undead move. Magic lets them fire a bow underwater.

And the player is all ready "dead" so the player should be able to do the same, or the enemies have the same restrictions. (imho)

Stamina drain due to the rain, and slowed and disarmed in water. Plus tougher enemies, it's no wonder players hate the swamp lol. I'd remove one of those "challenges," TBH.

They're undead I think so they don't need air. Seriously though it may be due to sync or something like that.
