Should be about twice that, but yeah, it's a small title. Simple textures and a procedurally generated world, with a complete lack of any story-based data (voice acting, cutscenes, etc), leads to a very space-efficient design.

Guess it's compressed for delivery and grows by half or so. Mine is over a gig too tho steam only reported 642mb downloaded, and I didn't run the game yet. It must 'proceduralize' before then.

yea its pretty small, when i was playing with mods it was like 1.5gb which is still quite small. no troubles my guy.
