why do you care what someone else does unless they are on your server? Is this a request for control over your subjects on your server, which is a needed feature for sure? Or a rant?

For this, this is exactly what me and my friend did, in the end i did a little late game researching, but at that point 85% of the current game was run through without any prior research.

You seem confused? Or are you trying to be purposely obtuse?

First paragraph is unclear if you are being sarcastic or not. Do you not like cheating or what you even consider cheating.

Second paragraph is subjective in that years ago when ES Oblivion came out people buying walk-through guides were considered "cheaters" by the average dedicated player back then.

Personally I have come to think values will always change. Games have changed and some are less intuitive on purpose to try to make more money <not this game>. So it becomes harder and harder to draw some kind of line.

Personally, especially in a game like this, I think people should be free to do as they please. Not everyone enjoys games the same way and this game offers a lot of different people to play the way they want to and have fun.

I choose my own fun and play how I want to. I respect others rights to do the same.

If you want to play on a server with unknowns the person paying for the server should set the rules and enforce them as they see fit. How else could you handle it?
