Graphics are what they are.... Pixeled up close, and Gorgeous from a distance. And that's how it should be.

Its seriously plenty beautiful and stylish. Unless you like to play really close, everything just works well visually.

Many new players feel this and after a while the surroundings just becomes so beautiful you may wonder why you never saw it straight up.

You can always download some HD texture mods if you don't like the art style, there are plenty of those. Though I think they game looks great as it is.

This is the game's artstyle. It's meant to look like this. It probably won't change drastically. Look up Daggerfall on google images, and you'll get a notion for what the developers are trying to go for.

The game is stylised the way it is as an ode to oldschool PC RPG games like RUNE.
Unfortunately if you don't like it then you will have to find another title to play as asking Iron Gate to "fix the graphics" is like asking 2k to make Borderlands "realistic"

I will say the game looks amazing in motion and the artistic choices really set a comfortable atmosphere. Still pictures honestly do not do it justice.

Think Fable (old game now) style graphics but with a Viking theme survival kinda dig. if you can appreciate old style games of similar type or whatever, you might like this.
