Just because the game doesn't come with unoptimized 8k textures on every model doesn't mean that the graphical processes it creates are lightweight.

its so weird. Thought this was a pixelated game

Okay. Playing with Vulkan actually fixes all that. Tho the game still puts my gpu on a frenzy mode.

Turn off some of those lame camera lens effects like motion blur and depth of field
Just making your card work harder to make the picture look worse on those.
Kill camera shake.
