No new bosses yet, but there is some new stuff to add/build with, new mobs with something new and large in the swamps, some stuff in the mountains and in the plains.
Mistlands is a total rebuild of that biome, all the webs and stuff from the old are gone and new assets being built.

Five. The number of Bosses has not changed.
Mistlands is supposed to be released in the next few months and may well add one.
