Computer specs?
When was the last time you played without issue?
Do you run any mods?

There have been no updates in the last two days.
Getting a background ninja windows update or something? Some other program running in the background?
Change any other settings?

Same here I sure its not a hardware problem
the last hotfix did somesthing with the resolution settings since than its busted
As the only possible resolution i have now
1920x1080 64hz
I have no idea why 64hz since i selected after the installation 120Hz

I think the last hotfix was a month ago? Let's not confuse the issue op is having. Probably best to start your own post for your issue. Same here I sure its not a hardware problem

Try a new world and character to see if the issue exists in a new game.
You wont lose your old character or world or anything.

One other thing you can try is a file verify.
With game closed
Library - right click on game name for Properties - Local files - Verify

Cheers!
Well you can always check the log files for any clues if the verify won't help.
Other than that I can only think of a clean install where you uninstall the game, manually delete the folder, then reinstall the game. Typically that is to remove left over mod files the does not recognize. But it might help.
On the computer side, just in case, it wouldn't hurt to run a virus and malware check.
