Which mob, other than flyers, will cross a fallen log?
As the title says, which mobs in the game, other than flyers, will cross a fallen log (rather than try to find a way around it or jump over it)?
I think Blobs, Fenrings, and maybe Wolves will jump over? I know most of the other mobs will try and find a way around, just unsure about exceptions.

Even when I'm not playing permadeath noportals I tend to move my early bases quite a bit and for me to use a pure kite defense requires clearing a nice swath of the perimeter, maybe some leveling, etc which I'd rather just skip when even if I'm kiting I need something to stop or slow down raids with multiple trolls just in case I lose one from the kite.
Logs fit the bill since I can recycle and cart them off as lumber/coal later.
Just to be clear, my early bases aren't usually on leveled ground except by pure coincidence. Main building on stilts, a ramshackle stake fence to block LOS, and something on the perimeter to slow down the raid mobs is pretty much all I bother with. Will not win any art contests lol.

Might be they'll add climbing and jumping on all standard size mobs to make moats less raid nullifying at some point. Might make them real annoying though (but currently there are just a few raids that have any effect).

Boars can leap over logs, not sure how.
It's one of the few unique moments in Valheim I regret so much not recording because it looked so metal. I was walking in the meadows chopping wood when I walked downhill to chop a log that rolled down. When I get close a boar I didn't see because it must've been right behind it leaps over it and attacks me.
I don't think it's a "natural" mechanic of the game though.

Thanks. So leaving the Lox question out of it, a line of fallen logs would be a barrier to pretty much anything that can't fly or jump and furthermore isn't seen as an attack-able object by mobs. Barring any nearby AoE target of course.
Sounds like a good hasty defense in the wilds or perhaps the funnel for a trap. Heck, if you weren't in a particular hurry, you could just plant beech trees at proper intervals around the perimeter of a base and just before killing Elder, cut them down and roll them into position.
Just tired of moats and earthen walls that are more than just a base for a stake wall with shooting platform, but do still like the idea of turning raids into archery practice.

Thanks. Yeah I also believe both Lox and Troll (maybe others as well) could damage them as a side effect of AoE attacks on something nearby. Lox plowing through (what log?) wouldn't be surprising.
Wolves not jumping is surprising, guess they're just better with slopes than other mobs? Given Valheim physics and buckler behavior I really try hard not to let real world preconceptions color my views of what will or won't work in the game :)
Does anyone know of a reference somewhere (article, discussion, or video) that lists what things foul up mob pathing? I've seen isolated mention of various things and am unsure of what has been patched out and what actually works.

Anything with an angle steeper than 50 degrees. Anything that requires them to jump (Blobs not included).

The asphalt boys can leap too. Maybe a Lox will just knock it to pieces and continue forward.

Wolves don't jump. Which I think is a severe oversight. *looks at his dog jumping like a pogo stick*
