boat destroyed by sea serpent
so the sea serpent destroyed my boat and i fell in the water, but i didn't move and logged out, when i logged back in the sea serpent was gone, if i intentionally die now, will I lose all my stuff

You'll leave a tombstone at the location of your death that will float on the surface of the water. Get a new boat, drive it to your stuff, reclaim your stuff, the adventure continues.

Nope. Tombstones float. Items in the boat get placed in little floating boxes.
You probably lost the nails for creating the boat though since those sink, but yes, you can get your body back.

Just loot boat box, swim to the nearest shore and place portal. If you can see land it will take couple stamina potions to reach it.
