It's a good idea, and someone else also suggested being able to re-size the crosshairs because they have trouble seeing it.

This one you posted into is the general discussion sub-forum. Suggestions has its own sub-forum, that on the mobile you pick from the top of the posts page. Not sure where it's on the desktop client since I mainly use the forums on my phone.

Try reducing your resolution. Although increasing text size would be a good accessibility addition for those with weak eyesight.

resolution is on lowest, (1280x720) it makes no dfference

Post a suggestion in the forums, note its an accessibility issue. Hopefully at some point they'll get to it. Didn't see a mod for it.
